You'll need to pay for and review/approve your banner proofs within 24 hours of receipt to begin production.

Your handcrafted banner will be delivered within 15 days of your event date.

Deposit Required: All custom banner orders require a $25 non-refundable deposit toward your total order cost
Please note for proofs: Due to a high volume of orders, you will receive your proof at least 15 days prior to your event due date for all months July-December. After a proof has been approved via email, the order cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the banner process.
Each banner is truly hand made and will be close to the design pictured but will not match exactly
Banners will be created and shipped promptly after we receive payment for the banner
We will ship the banner no less than 48 hours after the banner design is approved by you
Standard shipping is 7 to 10 business days
Shipping charges are not included in the price and will be calculated after the order is received
The Banner Builder is not responsible for any damage the banner incurs after the banner leaves our possession
